Casa Tre Querce Inside the house

Traditional Le Marche stone construction over 250 yrs old with original chestnut beams throughout, 3 floors totally over 3900 sq ft, 6 bedrooms with queen beds in each and 1 with furniture from the 1850's. The ground floor has a large sitting and game room, dining room for 10, all the walls the original stone construction it also has large bathroom. There are 4 bathrooms total 2 are ensuite. Entire home is equipped with all the modern conveniences. Telephone for local calls and wifi throughout the house.

Outside the house

The front door has the traditional Le Marche entrance to the 2nd floor, leading into the kitchen from the outside breakfast patio or sunset dining. From the front patio take steps down to the side of the house and find another large eating or sitting area, perfect for the alfresco dining experience. From there you step down to the very large sundeck surrounding the deep dive, seasonal swimming pool. Pool is unheated and is open April-October depending on weather.

Enjoy the beautiful valley views and complete privacy and serenity because the house is situated at the end of our private road, Seasonally you may experience a local farmer on his tractor driving by below in the orchards and fields. We have also hosted several weddings in the gardens.
